Foundation of Carlo, Inc.

Mission/Giving Statement: The general policy of the Foundation is to allocate funds for charitable, educational, community, and religious purposes to support communities in which Carlo, Inc. and its subsidiaries conduct business, primarily to charitable organizations supporting the Roman Catholic Church.

Type of Funding/Funding Restrictions: Applicant's purpose and continuing work must not be in conflict with the doctrine, policies or practices of the Roman Catholic Church.

Application Instructions:  Applications are accepted January 1 through April 1 of each year. Must include cover letter with a max two page description of project goals and objectives, who is in charge of the project with statement of capabilities, plans for evaluating success and amount requested. Must attach proof of IRS charitable 501(c)(3) status, detail project budget, list of current members of organization’s board of directors or governing body and if applicable copy of organizations current annual operating budget. Educational institutions must include operating budget for the individual university department and cover letter should be signed by department head.
