Main Areas of Responsibility:
Welcoming and making a connection with volunteers, members, and parents, asking questions and listening to shoppers needs then giving options and recommendations on meeting those needs while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional attitude.
Maintain sales floor and window displays.
Process all money transactions for customer purchases and other council business as necessary
Place merchandise orders, receive shipments and keep the sales floor stocked with basics.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Fill, package, and mail orders.
Be knowledgeable and develop product awareness of Girl Scouts and Girl Scout programs.
Regularly monitor inventory levels.
Responsible for achieving sale goals set.
Reconcile daily business transactions.
Run month-end reports.
Must be flexible with hours due to travel and weekend coverage.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of council-wide initiatives.
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
