Program Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Program Director will be responsible for the operational success of Meals on Wheels. Ensures seamless team management and development, program delivery, and quality control and evaluation. The Program Director will be a key external face of MOW in the community. Reports directly to the Executive Director.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Identify opportunities for marketing programs and services. Implements promotional activities on behalf of Meals on Wheels. Monitor and report on program. Responsible for management, supervision and evaluation of program activities. Leads the daily operations of meal delivery. Responsible for volunteers including recruiting, training, scheduling and coordinating.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience working with volunteers, . Experience in program coordination, quality control and employee supervision. Excellent organizational skills and efficient use of time. Excellent public speaking skills required.
