Nonprofit Program Coordinator with retail and multicultural experience

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Applicant will be responsible for leading a team to help low-income women from multiple cultures, helping them increase their arts and craft skills, begin creating income, and move their product into a retail environment.
Our goal is to provide supplies, direction and training to budding artisans.
The applicant will be responsible for building partnerships and collaborations

Other Information/Requirements: 

Applicant should be able to show a history of working with a multi-cultural and multi-lingual group toward a common goal. Strong mediation and communication skills are required, and a proven track record of building a successful nonprofit program is a plus.
