Main Areas of Responsibility:
Project Marketing, Community Outreach, Education & Home Sales. Coordinate project/program-specific sales and marketing functions. Marketing for home resale. Review and pre-qualify applicants. Execute purchase agreements. Maintain files. Mortgage Qualification of Homebuyers and Management of Closings. Coordinate pre-qualifying process with lenders, City of Albuquerque, and applicants for CLT housing units.
Salary Range:
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
