Main Areas of Responsibility:
Full-time Program Director for Transitional Living Program for homeless youth living in on-site apartments. Assist homeless adolescents and parenting teens develop and implement personal goals, supporting their transition into independence. Must have experience working with youth. An understanding and knowledge of government and non-profit youth sector and issues affecting young people, essential.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Management experience including: hiring, training, supervising staff; budgets; familiarity with grant processes and reporting; contract compliance; administrative record keeping; physical plant management;community collaboration. Oversee and participate in life skills, case management workforce development while maintaining program structure. Flexibility critical. Must be able to work evening, some weekend hours or when necessary overnight to meet the needs of a residential program.
