Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director is the key manager and leader of NRGNHA, and is responsible for overseeing day- to-day operations of NRGNHA, including administration, federal reports, programs, grants, and the organization’s strategic plan.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Promote NRGNHA reauthorization bill in Congress; work with large board of directors to build capacity and expand programs; hire and manage staff.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, community development, non-profit management or a related field. Master’s degree preferred; Five years of senior level nonprofit management and leadership experience;
Experience working with multicultural, multi-generational, and multi-gender communities and organizations;
Proven track record of success in financial management and overseeing federal grants.
