Main Areas of Responsibility:
Camp Fire New Mexico (www.campfireabq.org) is seeking an energetic and accomplished professional to serve as its Executive Director. The Executive Director will manage the Council's budget, implement the Council's programs, and lead professional and child care staff. The Director will support the Board of Directors and act as the Council's representative to National Camp Fire.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the field of youth development programs and nonprofit management.
• Provide an organizational culture that fosters commitment to our mission, a common vision, professionalism, innovation, teamwork, and open communications.
• Ensure financial sustainability and stabilization by protecting the Council's assets and ensuring all programs are not only financially viable, but also performing in accordance with the Council's budget.
