Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

POSITION: The Executive Director (Director) is responsible for managing and directing The Wellness Coalition (TWC). The Director will lead the agency, with the guidance of the Board of Directors (Board), the mission, vision, and philosophy, and the goals and objectives of the annual Strategic Plan. This is a full-time exempt position, with competitive benefits, including medical. The Director will report directly to the Board.

THE WELLNESS COALITION: TWC is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, incorporated in 2004, operating with a mission to develop and support the vitality of the people of southwestern New Mexico and the community organizations that serve them. The agency currently provides services in Grant, Catron, Hidalgo, and Luna counties, and has been a leader in developing and supporting programs in other rural areas of New Mexico.
