Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for planning, implementation, and evaluation of programmatic offerings through staff-led and staff-supported troops in the council’s Every Girl Initiative. Work directly with program facilitators and volunteers who deliver the Girl Scout Leadership Experience through various settings including schools, community organizations, and Girl Scout specific events

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversees the development, coordination and implementation of the Every Girl Initiative in target schools and community sites; Responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling and management of a team of Every Girl Initiative Program Facilitators (part-time staff and volunteers); Ensures Girl Scouts is open and accessible to all girls and adults by delivering the Girl Scout message of diversity, equity, inclusion, and access.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s or higher or equivalent experience with four years of directly related work experience, and at least two years of managerial experience; Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including public speaking; Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience with database programs preferred;
