Enrollment Coordinator

Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Primary position responsible for the maintenance, efficiency, and continuous processing of program applications for veterans
Assist enrollees in completion of the application, including obtaining documents required for enrollment
Ensure specific and timely information regarding the program is disseminated in response to inquiries
Oversee and maintain case management of clients in all stages of enrollment, including post-graduation

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Enrollment Coordinator provides leadership, oversight, and resources for potential, current, and past enrollees. This person is responsible for community relationships and advocating for the program and its participants. Must love people and dogs.
Assist with community events or training presentations, as assigned
Actively seek out veterans in need of services offered by Paws and Stripes
Manage and maintain all enrollment documents and files

Other Information/Requirements: 

Help maintain close working relationships with key representatives in government, the community, and organizations applicable to program operation
Collaborates with the Programs Department to ensure applicant, enrollee, and graduate information is communicated effectively
Reports to the Mental Health Director
