Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing workplace campaigns to increase donor knowledge, participation and total dollars raised. Primary focus is on workplace campaigns that raise $20,000 or more. Ensure a high level of personalized relationship management and year round engagement to Tocqueville Society Donors at their associated workplace campaigns with consistency and dependability. Management of one or more of UWCNM's integral areas of corporate, county, and donor engagement.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Essential functions include: Fundraising, Relationship Management, Volunteer Recruitment and Development, Management of other campaign projects and Community issue support and development.
Bachelor's degree in business, social service or other related field or successful completion of related specialized course of instruction. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products. Flexibility, independence, critical thinking and decision-making skills are required to succeed in this position.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must be able to work occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends to attend a variety of events. Must possess a valid New Mexico driver's license and have daily access to a dependable motor vehicle with insurance.
