Main Areas of Responsibility:
Supports the Director of Marketing & Communications in building brand awareness for Girl Scouts while ensuring the highest standards and brand consistency established by Girl Scouts of the USA. The right candidate will be able to manage multiple projects with competing timelines and turn work around quickly when needed.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
*Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
* Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Communications to ensure social media content is aligned
with overall marketing strategy
* Create engaging content (text, image, video) that aligns with the brand’s voice and tone
* Foster and maintain relationships with our online community through active engagement
*Must have a minimum of two years of experience in a social media or communications role or possess a
comparable certification. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related program is preferred.
*Strong communicator with verbal and written fluency in digital marketing and communications best
*Demonstrated success in growing social media presence on multiple platforms resulting in greater followers and
