Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for program management and development of comprehensive services to individuals including direct supervision of professional staff, grant writing and reporting, budgeting, contract compliance, community relations and program development. We are looking for an exceptionally detail-oriented person with a proven track record of productivity, customer service, and problem solving.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Bachelor's degree in management, social work, counseling, or relevant field required. 3 years of supervisory experience preferred. 2 years’ direct experience in a non-profit agency including budget management, development and implementation required; minimum of 2 years’ managing grants with federal grant management preferred. Must have excellent communication and public speaking skills; strong command of the English language and excellent writing skills; proficiency in MS Office and database experience.
