Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

Assist our mail room in sorting and handing out mail to homeless clients. Mail is important to our clients and being sure that they receive that letter from home, or a much needed check are why the details count. If you are detail oriented and would like to help with our mail room staff please contact us. This would be 2-4 hours each day depending on your schedule and more days as possible based your ability to serve.

Training and safety. The person would be located in a mail room attached to the shelter. On site security is always provided as well as the lead staff member in the mail room.
