Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

STEM Extravaganza is our largest girl event, with over 500 girls registered this year. It's a day of STEM exhibits with hands-on activity for the girls. A NASA Astronaut is joining us this year! We are searching for volunteers to help with any of the following:
• Set Up – Help set up registration table, first aid station, and water station. Place signage and traffic cones around the property.
• Traffic Control – Help director vendors to vendor drop off and vendor parking. Help direct participants to participants parking.
• Photo Booth & Big Games – Manage photo booth & big games stations to ensure supplies are taken care of.
• Property Management – Walk property to ensure trash is being picked up and check bathrooms to ensure they remain clean and supplied.

Girl Scouts of NM Trails serves over 3,000 girls ages 5-18. This year, over 500 girls have registered to participate in STEM Extravaganza. The girls represent much of central and northern NM.
