Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

NewLife Homes is looking to add a member to our Board of Directors with experience in Human Resources.

Experience in managing employees, dealing with conflicts, coming up with creative solutions, and a passion for housing the most vulnerable in our community are required. We will look to this board member to help advise us when staff issues arise.

Experience in the housing industry is a plus, along with the ability to speak multiple languages. Board members are expected to meet once a month, have the ability to understand financial statements and bring the professionalism needed to help us fulfill our mission.
