Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

Call for friendly faces!
We need someone to work the front desk at Crossroads for Women. Volunteers answer the phones and handle walk-ins by referring them to appropriate staff. Additionally, the volunteer will take calls/walk-ins of non-clients and learn how to refer them to community resources throughout Albuquerque.

Without front desk volunteers, community members who call looking for housing programs, food, shelter, case management, etc. will be left without compassionate ear and a helping hand.
