To assist the most vulnerable individuals that struggle with finding their way. Our purpose is helping those exposed, break through barriers that keep them from reaching their full potential. We will provide services to assist in building strength and courage while providing guidance and education for them to seek opportunities for success. Our goal is for these individuals to become responsible citizens so they may have a fulfilled and productive life.
Services we offer:
Conservatorships: Conservatorship is a judicial procedure allowing financial decisions to be made for those who are no longer capable or choose not to make decisions for themselves.
Power of Attorney POA: POA’s can make financial decisions for the client.
Representative Payee: Representative Payee is a service provided to those that are on Social Security or Medicaid. This service manages their finances to ensure their day to day living needs are met.
We will soon have a "Drop in Center" for Clients. We will offer different hobbies and social engagement.
Hopefully soon we will have job training and housing as we are working with community partners.
