2014 Survey of New Mexico Nonprofits

The 2014 New Mexico Nonprofit Survey has launched! Help tell the story of New Mexico’s nonprofit sector by taking this short confidential survey at bit.ly/NPSurveyNM.

The survey asks questions about your organization's work, the communities you serve and how your organization works with other groups and coalitions in New Mexico. It only takes 15 minutes to fill out, but will provide valuable information about how nonprofits in New Mexico are working together for the common good.

Last year's survey led to the report "Meeting Need, Making Change" and explored how nonprofit service providers were engaging in advocacy and coalitions, and faring in the face of budget cuts. The survey tapped into some of the challenges that nonprofits are facing across the country. One survey respondent wrote in that "Every month is a dance to ensure we can provide high quality services to as many of those who are in need." This year's survey will again tell the story of the commitment to helping New Mexicans that is at the core of the nonprofit sector.

Please share the link bit.ly/NPSurveyNM with your colleagues at other nonprofits and take the survey on behalf of your organization before December 15.

Organizations that complete the survey can participate in a raffle for the chance to win the following prizes:
  • One of three $50 Amazon.com gift certificates
  • One of four free half-day trainings for one person from your organization thanks to the Center for Nonprofit Excellence
  • One year of unlimited access to trainings at CNPE for one person from your organization
If you have any questions about this survey effort, feel free to contact Tina Law ([email protected]) or Alicia Lueras Maldonado ([email protected]) for more information.
