Weekend Shift Supervisor

Type of Job: 
Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Saturday and Sunday - 4:30pm - 12am, $12 per hour

Oversee evening shift operations of Heading Home's AOC emergency shelter for men. This includes leading a team of 3-4 staff members and ensuring the safety of all staff members and residents. Other duties include but are not limited to conducting new resident intakes, using the computer to keep daily log, searching residents for contraband and exiting residents for rule violations.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Conflict resolution
• Crisis intervention
• Administrative duties
• Maintaining a culture of respect

Other Information/Requirements: 

• CPR certified (or the ability to become certified within 30 days of hire)
• Experience with marginalized populations
• Supervisory experience
• Great verbal and written communication skills
