Weekend Administrative Assistant

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

As our weekend admin you will be the face of the Recovery Support Center during the weekend open hours, currently from 4:30pm to about 8:30pm on Saturdays and from 8:30am to about 8:30pm on Sundays. Duties will include greeting clients and guests, answering phones, sorting mail, logging payments, and ensuring the reception area stays clean and inviting.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Support for Care Providers and the Administrative Services Manager as well as providing technical (sound, internet connection, etc.) assistance to meeting groups.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Successful candidates will be friendly, reliable, with strong attention to detail. Strong experience with safe internet usage as well as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel applications is required. Pay is $20 per hour. EPC employees are paid bi-weekly. We recognize 9 major holidays and offer 10 vacation days per year in addition to the NM required sick leave. Background checks are required.
