Pay Range: $32,000 - $38,000 (dependent on experience), plus employer-paid benefits
FTE Status: Full-time exempt (40 hours per week)

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Position Summary:
The Vocational Specialist is responsible for ensuring the overall effectiveness of vocational services at The Crossroads, including crisis intervention, relapse prevention, treatment planning, emergency services, ongoing psychosocial assessment, family support services and vocational support.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Essential Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, plus a minimum of two years working professionally in a related field
• Must possess a valid New Mexico driver’s license, a clean driving record and proof of insurance; able and willing to travel locally as needed
• This position is subject to a criminal background check (post-offer)
