Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Visitor Experience Manager oversees and collaborates cross departmentally on all aspects of the Visitor Experience (VX) within the O’Keeffe organization. The VX Manager directly oversees the Santa Fe Visitor Services team, as well as collaborating with other front-facing teams in Santa Fe and Abiquiu sites to create an outstanding, holistic Visitor Experience, including customer service and cross-team training.
