Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Visitor Experience Manager oversees a wide range of Explora’s daily operations and customer service, including visitor interactions, public programs, and admissions. The Visitor Experience Manager supervises a staff of full- and part-time employees and works closely with our growing internship program. This person helps to manage expenses, schedules staff and public programs, ensures high-quality floor experiences, maintains exhibit activities, and oversees customer service interactions.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Lead, develop, supervise, and schedule a team of full- and part-time staff, setting a high standard of customer service, efficiency in planning, effective communications, and strong collaborations within the visitor experience group and the other working groups at Explora.
In coordination with the Career Pathways Program Manager, helps to oversee the implementation of the Internship program with respect to their activities on the exhibit floor, including program evaluation.
