Visitor Experience Associate

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Visitor Experience Associate is primarily responsible for the daily functioning of the museum admissions desk, serving as the first point of contact for all museum visitors and members. You would be responsible for providing excellent customer service, gathering/imputing data into the database, selling memberships, counting and balancing the daily till, assisting with program payments, filing all paperwork in a specific manner, answering the phone and more.

Other Information/Requirements: 

You must be over 18 years old, a high school graduate/equivalent though college graduate preferred, able to pass a background check, have customer service experience, able to multitask, proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Access database and more. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Comfort speaking to adults and children in a respectful manner is important in this fast-paced, active and playful environment.
Two part-time positions, 20-28 hours per week.
Start date is May 21
