Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provide onsite wrap-around services to assist tenants in being successful in housing. This includes building rapport and trusted relationships, ensuring the safety of Hope Village tenants and surrounding neighborhood by coordinating and supporting twenty-four-hour safety officers, monitoring guests of Hope Village tenants, completing shift reports, communicating and updating incoming shift, and other duties as required.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Work with the property manager and other support staff to address challenges and develop creative and appropriate solutions; Attend Hope Village staff meetings; Attend all relevant training as directed; Participate as part of a team that will develop and implement relevant on-site activities that will focus on life skills, fostering independence, and enhancing the quality of life for tenants of Hope Village.
This position is looking for 5-6 hires, full and part-time.
