Main Areas of Responsibility:
Support Services Program Manager for NewLife Homes, Inc. provides administrative oversight and support for program staff and maintains compliance with funder requirements for HUD Continuum of Care, Bernalillo County and United Way. Program Manager is expected to work directly with and provide services to the resident population.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
*Client care responsibilities: assisting clients in maintaining permanent housing, accessing necessary support services, enhancing their quality of life through access to services and developing full individual and family participation in the greater community and its activities.
*Organizational responsibilities: develop measurable outcomes, goals, policies and procedures promoting effectiveness and service excellence.
