Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversees the planning, development, and production of all membership campaigns for the television station, KNME New Mexico PBS. Works closely with the Manager, Membership Services and Development Director to create and execute individual direct mail plans and participates in the analysis of fund raising efforts for the station. Makes recommendations and implements procedural changes based on analysis and observation.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Supervises lower level staff and provides technical guidance, training and support, in the daily and monthly operations of the department.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in fundraising, donor cultivation, management of staff, and strong database management experience.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Proven track record in managing successful member-based fundraising campaigns using a variety of ethical, well-established fundraising methods.
Proficiency in donor relationship software systems.
Supervisory experience.
