Main Areas of Responsibility:
Coordinators are responsible for certain aspects of the program and a particular project or multiple projects. They research, develop, and implement activities that support the mission and vision of NMAEA as well as the particular objectives of Propel. They must work collaboratively with other employees, including those they supervise or oversee, and with other practitioners, funders, and partners. They participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of services provided.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Works collaboratively to develop, maintain, and support adult literacy.
Researches, develops, and presents professional learning and support.
Produce documents, videos, and other materials
Oversee and/or supervise other team members.
Master’s degree and 5 years directly related experience. At least 3 in adult literacy. Education may be substituted for experience and experience may be substituted for education.
2 years of providing professional learning
Instructional design training (TBR preferred).
Experience using Moodle.
