Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Special Events Coordinator assists the Development Department through creation and implementation of special events fundraising and cultivation strategies to help meet development department goals. The position will be responsible for the planning, execution, budget management, logistics and production of special events. Position is part-time, hourly, non-exempt and located in Albuquerque, NM.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Meet fiscal year event fundraising goals for PPRM. Assist in development of regional annual event plan. Develop special and revenue-generating events in New Mexico to diversify PPRM’s donor base. Partner with volunteer department to recruit volunteers for events. Identify, solicit and coordinate event speakers, sponsors, vendors and supporters. Work with partners on production of event materials. Lead on-site management of event logistics. Utilize donor database to track event details.
