Main Areas of Responsibility:
Site Supervisors are responsible for management of day-to-day operations of their particular school site. Supervisors manage administrative duties (timesheets, scheduling) as well as participate in lesson planning (with instructors), making sure New Mexico Standards and Benchmarks are being aligned. Supervisors also work with Coordinators to ensure proper delivery and distribution of snacks and supplies at site.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Management of parent data, student registration and emergency records
• Management of registration fees and employee time sheets
• Resource management of classroom supplies, books and audio/visual equipment
• Must be computer proficient
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
