Main Areas of Responsibility:
The On-Site Community Manager (CM) for NewLife Homes (NLH) will provide front line assistance to NLH management staff at the property. The CM will perform daily operational practices and procedures to meet operational goals set by the Asset Manager (AM) for financial, physical, regulatory, and service goals, standards and requirements of owners and funding sources.
*This position requires the employee live on-site at the property.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
1. Provide daily community oversight, and timely communication of tenant and property issues.
2. Responsible for directing residents to appropriate NLH staff, including maintenance and support services.
3. Ensure distribution of all company or community-issues notices.
4. Ensure proper response and handling of emergencies with regard to staff, residents, and buildings.
5. Perform light maintenance tasks such as general grounds upkeep, taking care of after-hours lockouts, and other tasks as assigned.
