Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The primary focus of this position is to provide match support, focus on growing and cultivating a site-based program (emphasis on growth and starting from the ground up), planning and executing match activities, and providing pre-match and ongoing volunteer training.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Must pass a federal background check. ADA/EOE

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA is required; BA in social services, sociology, psychology or related field is preferred. Assessment and relationship development experience with child and adult populations; understanding of child development and family dynamics.
