Main Areas of Responsibility:
A Service Coordinator (SC) for NewLife Homes (NLH) supports clients by assisting them in maintaining permanent housing, accessing necessary support services to promote self-sufficiency, enhancing their quality of life through access to services and encouraging full individual and family participation in the greater community and its activities.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Applicants for the position must have a proven track record in providing support services to the mentally ill, elderly, and homeless. Applicants must be well versed with community resources and have a working knowledge of affordable housing, Tenant and Landlord Rights and Responsibilities, local/state/federal regulations, and compliance reporting.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, compassionate, with creative problem solving skills. Bilingual a plus.
