Main Areas of Responsibility:
Service Coordinator for NewLife Homes, Inc. supports clients by assisting them in maintaining permanent housing, accessing necessary support services to promote self-sufficiency, enhancing their quality of life through access to services and encouraging full individual and family participation in the greater community and its activities.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
-Advocate client stability in permanent, independent housing, including educating about Tenant-Landlord Rights/Responsibilities.
-Consult in dispute management between clients/property managers and assist managers in household disputes and conflict resolution.
-Facilitate activities promoting skills/knowledge needed to use community resources through vocational assistance, financial literacy, computer training, health literacy, and social service referrals.
