Main Areas of Responsibility:
Leading the school in all areas of educational, organizational and business processes, including hiring of faculty/staff and effectively managing all employees; ensuring compliance with AMI, state and local requirements; mentoring and developing faculty/staff and promoting strong partnerships both within and outside the school community. AMI training preferred.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Direct and effective collaboration with the Board of Directors in the areas of fundraising, creating and implementing school policies and overseeing the development and management of the school budget.
