Main Areas of Responsibility: 

VISTAs will help build the capacity of the Running Starts for Careers program by helping to develop a network of industry partners who can provide internship and apprenticeship opportunities.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Running Start for Careers (RSFC) VISTA members develop programs/partnerships to address the non-academic barriers to student success; support school and project staff in the creations of a student recruitment and retention plan; develop marketing plan and materials; collaborate with RSFC staff, VISTAs, and other stakeholders to share best practices.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Skills Recruitment, Team Work, Public Speaking, General Skills, Community Organization, Leadership, Writing/Editing, Computers/Technology, Youth Development. and Communications.
