Resident Manager for Women Exiting Incarceration

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Person must live on site in apartment provided from 6 p.m.-6 a.m. Having a day job or school is fine. The selected candidate will provide check-ins of the women in the program and perform drug testing to ensure compliance and safety of clients.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Report any substance abuse, program rule violation or behavioral health concerns observed among tenants to Program Manager. Meet with Program Manager regarding individual resident issues as needed and/or as directed. Monitor resident visitors per policy and report undesirable visitations to Program Manager and involve local police directly if threatening situations occur.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This bedroom/apartment is provided to Residential Manager in consideration of services provided by him/her in addition to hourly wage not to exceed 28 hours. This will serve as a primary residence for the Residential Manager. This is a perfect opportunity for a student in social work,psychology or criminology to understand the needs and motivations of re-entry population.
