Resident Advisor

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Resident Advisor is responsible for enforcing visitor and overnight policies; maintaining the In/Out log and checking for inconsistencies; and monitoring for unusual activity in and around property.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position requires an associates degree and/or at least 2 years of experience working with underserved populations with a history of mental health, substance abuse, homelessness, and incarceration. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Harm Reduction and Trauma Informed Care.
