Main Areas of Responsibility: 

A Resident Advisor provides on-site, daytime and overnight residential management at Maya's Place, a program of Crossroads for Women located in Albuquerque.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Duties include enforcing visitor policies, maintaining the In/Out log and checking for inconsistencies, and monitoring for unusual activity in and around the property, reporting to the Program Director or other authorities as necessary.

Other Information/Requirements: 

$10 per hour, plus employer benefits. 29 hours per week (overnight shift on Thursdays and day shifts on Saturdays and Sundays). Criminal background check required.
