Main Areas of Responsibility: 

A Resident Adviser provides on-site, daytime residential management at The Pavilions, a program of Crossroads for Women located in Los Lunas.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Duties include enforcing visitor policies, maintaining the In/Out log and checking for inconsistencies, and monitoring for unusual activity in and around the property, reporting to the Program Director or other authorities as necessary.

Other Information/Requirements: 

$10 per hour, 16 hours per week, working day shift on Saturdays and Sundays. Criminal background check required.
