Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Regional Manager for membership is based in Albuquerque, NM and will serve the 2-county area of Bernalillo and Sandoval Counties. Duties will include supporting and partnering with Troops and Service Units to retain girls and adult volunteers, serving as the liaison between council and volunteers, and retain girl and adult membership in assigned areas.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Duties include recruitment and retention of girls and volunteers and promoting the organization to schools and other community partners. . In addition, the position will coordinate local program activities for girls, troops and volunteers. Travel throughout the 4-county area is required; prior Girl Scout experience and/or knowledge is preferred.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The Regional Manager must be an active listener who pays attention to detail; an excellent organizational and communications skills; computer savvy; have access to a reliable vehicle, possess valid driver’s license, and have vehicle insurance; and be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. without assistance.
