Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This role serves as the Recruitment & Retention Specialist based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The position will serve the 4-county area of Valencia, Socorro, Torrance, and Guadalupe Counties in the southern and eastern portion of the council’s jurisdiction.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Duties include recruitment and retention of girls and volunteers and promoting the organization to schools and other community partners. In addition, the position will coordinate local program activities for girls, troops, and volunteers. Travel throughout the 4-county area is required; prior Girl Scout experience and/or knowledge is preferred.

• Excellent organizational and communications skills.
• Computer savvy.
• Access to reliable vehicle, possess valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. without assistance
