Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Albuquerque Regional Development Manager will with the development team to implement plans and strategies to meet goals for major fundraising events such as Walk to End Alzheimer’s (WTEA) and The Longest Day (TLD). The position will manage the development and implementation of the Chapter’s WTEA and TLD fundraising events through planning, logistics, volunteer recruitment and engagement, corporate development and fundraising.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field. An equivalency of work experience and education may be considered.
• A minimum of three years of experience in marketing, sales, fundraising, nonprofit management, marketing, special events or a related field.
• Experience recruiting, motivating and coaching volunteers in a fundraising environment preferred.
• Prior success in the development and promotion of fundraising events or similar programs.
