Receptionist

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We are hiring a receptionist to greet our customers and perform various clerical tasks. Since this person will be the first point of contact for our business, the ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to assist customers. If you are someone who would enjoy greeting people and other office-related tasks, such as answering phones and coordinating schedules, we’d love to meet you.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of two years of clerical experience; two years of customer service skills; proficient in MS Office Suite and Outlook; bilingual in English/Spanish; ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; and strong attention to details.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Pay range starts at $16.03 per hour, DOE. Catholic Charities provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K Plan, PTO benefits and 50% daycare discount at the Children’s Learning Center (depending on availability).
