Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position will be the first point of contact in our downtown location. Must present with professional and friendly demeanor.
Will announce arrivals and direct people to appropriate staff, field general telephone inquiries for two offices and become an expert on the services and programs offered, as well as the ability to make referrals to other social services.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Also provides light administrative support to eight offices, to include managing conference room schedules and preparation, data entry, filing, and other tasks as assigned. The successful candidate works well with minimal supervision, is proactive in identifying and executing duties as needed, has attention to detail, brings a positive attitude to the office, and work well interfacing with the public.
