Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Ensure potential volunteers/children (parent/guardian) receive an engaging, positive and personalized "sales" phone response promoting BBBS programs.
• Effectively move them from the point of first contact to active enrollment.
• Determine the best way to get volunteer investment in the enrollment process.
• Identify/eliminate any barriers interfering with the initial enrollment process.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Obtain preliminary contact information and schedule enrollment interview within prescribed time frame.
• Complete background checks
• Complete volunteer references
• Phone, Database Entry and utilization of Outlook on a daily basis

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position is 30hrs/wk + benefits, the work schedule would be M-F for 6hrs/day plus a lunch period. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is req'd; BA with Marketing, sales, or communication experience is preferred (if have a BA, unofficial transcripts will be req'd); must pass a federal background check.
