Property Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Property Manager provides leadership in the development of council priorities and objectives related to the overall management and disposition of property and facilities’ assets.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the long term maintenance and sustainability of major capital improvements and investments to include associated environmental systems; is accountable for developing budget projections and plans and for identifying sources of funding support for major improvements and expansion of council property and facilities; develops collaborative relationships with key constituencies and external partners in furthering strategic and operational priorities.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
