Project Manager (PM)

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Reporting directly to the Executive Director (ED), the successful candidate will be responsible for leading new housing projects through the development, planning, project funding and construction phases through to project completion. This will include working closely with residential development partners, governmental agencies, residents/home owners and other affiliated parties in order to operationalize new housing projects and see that they are delivered to cost and quality targets.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The PM will also lead design/implementation efforts of green building standards, work closely with residents to plan and implement various community activities and partner with the ED to design and then implement post-homeownership programs and trainings (i.e., stewardship).
The PM prepares and delivers presentations as needed. The PM may also have line management responsibilities for the training, utilization, development and performance review of assigned staff.

Self-motivated able to demonstrate ability proven track record in all aspects of residential development financially astute able to build positive relationships Exp in construction (const) mgt risk analysis and/or prog mgt with highly developed presentation leadership & comm skills Exp working in a green LEED or energy efficient or sustainable-building to demonstrate successful exp in all stages of const mgt process includ planning procurement & delivery from 5K to millions of $ in scope & size
