Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for the oversight and execution of programming, activities, and special events that will enhance the Girl Scout experience in New Mexico. Responsible for the development of innovative strategies, and effective services for supporting girl membership. Works in close partnership with other operational and organizational functions to support organizational mission, goals, and strategic priorities.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Creates a needs-based, data driven, comprehensive council-wide offering of programs, activities, and special events; plans, coordinates, and facilitates council events that provide fun, engaging participation options for all girl members, and support council program revenue; cultivates relationships will appropriate community partners to support girl programming and events; engages volunteers for the effective delivery of programs, activities, and special events to meet the needs of girl members council wide.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Stays abreast of all program and grant opportunities from GSUSA, finding opportunities to collaborate where possible.
